Ask: Onboard AI content generation tool, including setting up workflows and team training. Identify areas of business to include in roll out and establish ‘asks’.
Goals: Develop team understanding of how to effectively use AI tool. Increase usage of tool and set up BAU workflows.
Output: Project managed onboarding with tech partner and worked with teams outside of Comms to understand requirements from platform. Conducted team training sessions, including ‘How to prompt effectively’ and intros to different workflow and chat styles.
